This recipe is direct from the Highlands of Scotland and is served in our home often,

Two skinless breasts of chicken, wrap in 3 or 4 rashes of bacon, cook in the oven till done, pull out and put several thin slices of cheddar cheese over the chicken and heat until the cheese is melted.
Simmer some button mushrooms in the left over oils and a wee bit of butter, serve with the bread of your choice.
A fine wine is of course optional.
