5 C of flour or until not sticky
1 C of rolled Oats
1/2 C of Sugar
1 C of Brown Sugar
1 tsp of Sea Salt
2 tbsp of Vietnamese Cinnamon
2 eggs
2 C of water
1/2 C milk
2 tbsp of Yeast
Mix, then bake at 350 until it thumps like a ripe melon or is lightly brown on the crust, careful not to under cook as the crust will brown easily.
